Other ingredients:  Emulsifier: microcrystalline cellulose (vegetable fiber); thickener: hydroxyproylmethylcellulose (vegetable capsule shell); filler: maltodextrin.

Contraindications:  Do not use if you have a blood clotting disorder or if you are taking medications that affect blood clotting, such as vitamin K, heparin or warfarin (Coumadin).

How to use:  Take 1 capsule daily on an empty stomach at least 2 hours before or after a meal with water. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet.
