Dorset packs:

SDS - Single doorset pack: (1 x 1m, 2 x 2.1m)

LSDS - Long single doorset pack: (1 x 1m, 2 x 2.75m)

DDS - Double door set pack: (3 x 2.1m)

LDDS - Long double doorset pack: (1 x 2.1m, 2 x 2.75m)

Black and clear

White, grey, and brown available to special order

clear Batwing® will not prevent light penetration

Gap sizes required

Require gaps between 2-3mm, between the door edge and frame reveals - however maximum gap allowed for sides and top of Fire Doors is 3mm according to AS1905.1

Fixing method

Face-fixed by self-adhesive backing to the rebate of fire door frames

Bushfire

Approved for use on proprietary fire door assemblies for Bushfire attack levels of Flame Zone (FZ) classification or less

Acoustic

Acoustically tested in accordance with ISO10140-2 and AS/NZS717.1 with ratings up to 39Rw on appropriate rated assemblies

Smoke:

Tested in accordance with AS1530.7 with medium temperature smoke approvals for use on AS6905 compliant fire doors and smoke door assemblies.

Fire:

Tested in accordance with AS1530.4 on proprietary AS1905.1 fire door assemblies for up to 4 hour rating
