Ingredients:  thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetable capsule shell); may contain one or more ingredients: emulsifier: microcrystalline cellulose (plant fiber); anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

How to use:  Take 1 capsule daily with water.
